Afterlight Circles
A gentle return to the light
A quiet, intimate holding space for those navigating life transitions, grief, and the in-between moments of becoming.
Afterlight Circles are small, carefully held gatherings to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself and be gently supported while something inside settles or comes into focus.
It is for people moving through moments of transition; burnout, relationship endings, identity shifts, uncertainty, or forms of grief that often remain unspoken.
It is a holding space for presence, reflection, and shared humanity where nothing needs to be fixed, rushed, or explained.
Afterlight Circles is created and held by Buket Solak.
Buket has over twelve years of experience working in people development, leadership, and organizational psychology across international environments. She has 9 years of experience in Unilever and she has been with Diageo since 2022. Currently she is working as Europe Talent Manager and Organizational Effectiveness Manager.
Her background includes:
ICF trained professional coaching
• ORSC (Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching) practitioner
• Insights Discovery practitioner
• Extensive facilitation and group work experience
• Over a decade in HR and talent development
• A personal spiritual practice and ongoing training in Reiki
This combination allows her to hold space in a way that is both emotionally attuned and psychologically grounded, and yet gentle without being vague, supportive without being intrusive.

Afterlight Circles are for adults, who are navigating emotional complexity, transitions, or quiet forms of grief, and who are seeking a grounded, human space to pause and reflect.
Who this is for
Afterlight Circles and 1-1 sessions are
for people who;
are moving through a life transition such as
a breakup, burnout, relocation, grief, or identity shift
feel emotionally full but not sure what they feel
long for depth, reflection, and quiet connection
are tired of always having to be “strong” or “okay”
want a space to slow down and listen to themselves
feel alone
carry something that doesn’t yet have word
You don’t need to be spiritual.
You only need to be willing to pause and listen to yourself.
Who this is not for
This space may not be right for you if:
You are looking for therapy or clinical mental health treatment
You want direct advice, fixing, or performance coaching
You prefer fast solutions rather than gentle exploration
You are not comfortable with silence, reflection, or inner work
Afterlight Circles is not about being pushed forward. It is about being met where you are
What is my promise?
What I do promise is this;
In circles and 1-1 sessions, we create space for what is often pushed aside: uncertainty, grief, longing, exhaustion, hope, and quiet knowing. Through guided moments of stillness, writing, and optional sharing, something usually shifts. Not in a dramatic way, but in a way that feels real and honest.
You will be guided through structured, gentle practices such as reflection, meditation, journaling, and shared presence
You will be invited to slow down, tune into your body and emotions, and notice what is truly there
You will be offered thoughtful questions and exercises that help you make sense of what you are experiencing
You will leave feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and less alone with what you are carrying
Most people leave the sessions with:
A clearer sense of what they are feeling
One or two meaningful insights
A soft but steady sense of being more “here” in themselves
Feeling less lonely
That is the work.
Not fixing, but gently meeting what is real
I cannot promise to fix your life.
I cannot promise instant clarity or emotional breakthroughs, yet can happen very much.
